WATER AND SEWER PERMITS
You need to fill out two applications for a water permit and one for a sewer permit.  All three need to be turned into the Administrator's department.  The water permit will cost $2,200.00 per residential r.e.u. and the sewer permit will cost $3,500.00 per residential r.e.u. due at the time you are dropping off the permit applications.  Lansing Board of Water and Light charges their own fees for water installation on top of our $2,200.00 permit fee.  They are also in charge of all water billings.  You can link to a sewer permit here, and water permits here.
