The Planning Commission has both advisory and administrative responsibilities. It advises the Board of Trustees on Zoning Ordinance text and map amendments, assists in ordinance administration, reviews and approves proposed site plans, and advises the Board of Trustees on special land uses and planned unit developments. It also prepares and adopts the Township’s Master Plan. The Planning Commission also acts as the Township’s Capital Improvements Committee, and prepares the 5-year Capital Improvements Plan.
Planning Commission meetings are held at 7:00PM on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Township Hall.
